These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by A & E Services of Florida, LLC, doing business as A & E Home Loans (“A & E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By separately opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

Our SMS program provides non-marketing, one-to-one communications related to a mortgage inquiry or requested service. Messages may include:

Mortgage consultation and appointment reminders;
Application and document-status updates;
Notifications about information or documents needed from you; and
Customer-support responses and service-related follow-up.

Messages may be sent from 844-526-1729 or another number we identify for this program.

2. Optional Consent

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, applying for, or obtaining any property, product, service, or mortgage-related assistance.

You opt in only when you affirmatively check the unchecked SMS consent box on our SMS Consent page and submit the form. You should not check the box if you do not want text messages.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, application activity, appointments, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. A & E does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.

4. Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a program message. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. You will receive no further program texts unless you opt in again. Other recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored where supported.

6. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to use the mobile number you provide. You agree to provide an accurate number and to notify us or opt out if the number changes or is reassigned. Do not submit another person’s number without permission.

7. Delivery and Mobile Carriers

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program may not be available through every carrier or device.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information and SMS consent data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes or Termination

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these SMS Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If required, we will provide additional notice.
